A Voyage Across The Bay

Sails fill

Sheets pull tight

She moves as if pulled by an invisible hand

A breeze pushes against my cheeks

Water rumbles as it rushes by

Sunshine reflects on wave crests

She creeks as the wind changes direction

A brief rest bite

Suddenly the sails catch wind

Sheets tighten once again

Off we go

A voyage across the bay
